   I used to live in a remote part of W. Va. at the edge of the Monongahela National Forest. I loved to take visitors for hikes into the forest to a point where I was pretty sure they wood be “lost” & say, “Ok, it’s your turn. Take us home!” . After some confusion & milling about, they took the challenge & we would eventually find our way back. Those trips & other experiences taught me that we are the path through the woods & through life just as we are the story of our life unfolding moment by moment from the choices we make & the people whose paths we cross & whose stories become part of our story.
