Geez, no wonder MSNBC fired Olbermann. He’s way too wild and brilliant to be “handled.” And now he’s done it again, delivering with relish a sarcastic paean to Bloomberg in one of his pitch-perfect “special comments” that, not incidentally, puts Monday night’s NYPD raid on Occupy into historical context: this country was founded in, and its spiritual evolution is fed by, yep, you guessed it, protest.
