Total figures for deaths related to World War II alone range from 60 million on the ‘low’ end to
85 million upon inclusion of civilian deaths related to disease and famine…(Wikipedia).
Consider that US ‘enemies’ in World War II are presently US allies and the futility of War wanders into a realm that truly surpasses understanding and poses the eternal question, “To what end?”.
War will end when humanity as a whole awakens to the absolute futility of War.
