YES! But let’s remember: Bolivia is a much smaller nation than the U.S., and so one would think the job of changing existing farming practices and structures might be easier. In that case, might each state in the U.S., learn to treat itself like Bolivia, take charge of its own destiny? It may be that there’s no way to localize and decentralize Big Ag here unless we first shift who controls what in the various layers of government.
