My dear friend Bill Pfeiffer, with whom I traveled to Mongolia and Siberia in the Summer of 2017, and who has been leading groups to vast unspoiled circumpolar spaces for decades, to give us urbanites a taste of original, truly permanent, land-based culture, referred me to this fb post today. So glad! Amidst the maelstrom of politics, it helps me to remember, to re-member, put myself back together again with the vision that propels me and so many others, as we plough through this darkening time.
I especially resonate with the first two paragraphs. I guess that means I want us, and our Green Acres Permanent Village, to loop back to a time before 10,000 years ago.
