84-year old Dorli Rainey, a Seattle protestor who was pepper-sprayed and ended up truth digger of the week on truthdig.com.

Guess you have to be 84 and under to qualify for getting arrested, oops, I mean pepper-sprayed. . .

Seriously, would that we all recognized the “delicious near-by freedom of death,” what shaman Carlos Castenada refered to as that which sits on your left shoulder always. It would render us, finally, fearless.

Longtime community activist Frances Goldin tried to get arrested at Thursday’s Occupy protests, but even the NYPD wouldn’t go that far. Goldin is 87. Okay, we want to be her. Still, Wall Street doesn’t seem to get it.
