Fifteen folks gathered last night for our weekly evening of eating and camaraderie. As this week’s lead, housemate Brie decided the theme: “Anything Green.” Here are a few of the delectable dishes that turned up . . .
While she was at it, Brie distributed questionnaires to the “outsiders” present (those who don’t live in this two-house eco-pod), asking them about their interest in our new Urban CSA, due to roll out this spring.
Meanwhile, Brie also introduced the assembled to Volume II of her beautiful zine, “Perennial Magic and Poetry.” One of her contributors was on hand, Emily Maurer, who wrote the essay (with photos), “Post-Apocalyptic Building Design.”
I told them I wanted to take their picture. That’s Emily, on the left. Meanwhile, here’s the zine!
