I look forward to this kind of future for myself. At 70, yoga, chi kung, tai chi, meditation, and immersion in nature, all assist my growing process. (I’m one of the 30 per cent of Americans who don’t take prescription pills. Also one of the 30% who doesn’t hate my job.)
