The “pixelation” problem visible here can probably be fixed by running the raw iPhone .jpg through PhotoShop and changing the resolution (@ /Image/Image Size) from the default (72dpi, i assume) to about 250dpi or higher, and adjusting the actual image size (in pixels) to whatever you want the final size to be.
‘Puter screens can’t display more than 72dpi, but when you blow the pic up you need to have more resolution in the image to avoid the kind of pixelation distortion which you see here.
