Fred Burks is a remarkable human being who, like Steve Beckow, straddles the difficult polarity of working to bring in the light while dissecting the darkness.
Fred’s latest email alerts us to a very sophisticated behavior modification technology that has been patented since 2003.

On a day when we wonder how much the Japanese government is withholding about ongoing nuclear devastation, we can rest assured that parts of our own government have been hard at the work of concealment for over 60 years. Fred gave a presentation at the 2010 UFO Congress last year that got even that hard-to-shock crowd sit up and take notice.

This is the first presentation specifically on mind control that I know of at a UFO Conference. The subject comes up as ET Technology, a way to manipulate the masses, UFO witnesses and, possibly, debunkers; and as “black” or classified “national security” projects. In spite of the darkness of this subject, Fred was inspiring and brought a lot of light to the conference, where fear can sometimes dominate. Fred began his talk by reminding us that everyone has a heart. After speaking of particularly distressing material, he would pause, ask us all to breathe and remember again that everyone has a heart . . . [“even Dick Cheney,” he would pause for emphasis, “has a heart.” That invariably brought a lot of groans, followed by bewilderment; wow, that’s true? Cheney has a heart? And it made me wonder about the causes of Cheney’s heart condition. — A.K.]
Fred worked at the Dept of State from 1986 – 2004 as a language interpreter (Malaysian and Chinese) for Clinton, Gore, G.W. Bush, and Cheney. He left it because of the excessive secrecy. He named several of these black projects: Bluebird, Artichoke, and MK Ultra. Mind control victims with recovered memory were able to get Senate hearings, but CIA Director Richard Helms got wind of it and destroyed all evidence of MK Ultra in l973. However, he did not think to destroy the finance department documents; a FOIA request in l977 turned up 16,000 pp of documents verifying the existence of these programs. A 1950 CIA Document (Mori ID 140401, 1/1/1950) raised the following questions for research:
• Can we create by post-hypnotic control an action contrary to an individual’s moral purpose? Fred says the answer is yes.
• Can we “alter” a person’s personality? Can we guarantee amnesia? Yes, to altering personality. The amnesia is not perfect, and wears off if the programming is not reinforced. This is why there are many witnesses who have come forward.
• Could we seize a subject and in the space of an hour make him crash a plane? Fred says the answer is yes.
According to Fred, says there are thousands of these “Manchurian candidates” running around, and recommended we all see the remake of the movie by that name with Denzel Washington. Some have been programmed as young children, using trauma to create multiple personalities, which makes more programmable agents, and their secrets less accessible. I have met people with these experiences, and know therapists who have worked with them. Take a deep breath. Remember everyone has a heart.
