Like John Pilger in the post below, I too, am struck by just how silent is not just the media, and not just the presidential candidates, but the American people, including my own friends and family. Does this mean that even my friends and family are blind to Empire’s continuing destruction, arrogance and lies? Or are some of them so deeply troubled that, in order to hold onto their sanity, they must look away? Or are they like me, aware and awake to the horror swirling all around, and meanwhile, using that awareness as fuel to focus intently on regenerating a transformed world of beauty and abundance from within the horror.
