I was checking local weather this morning, and noticed a storm system affecting Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, and wondered if it was “sponsored by” HAARP‘s weather modification facilities. Now, at 1:30 p.m. EST I see a new post by HAARP detective, Dutch Sinse, who is back home, hard at work alerting us, after a trip to the west coast monitoring radiation.
