DC Shooting: Hey, how did those barriers suddenly appear AFTER the police car raced through??!?

Thanks to Rich Buckley (who tried to reconstruct it in an email to me, perhaps before it had been put on beforeitsnews).

What I don’t understand from the videos, however: Did the latest psy-op victim, the young mother in the Infiniti, go through the then barrier-less intersection before the police car that was chasing her? That’s not clear from the videos, and it is crucial, no? Or were the barriers put there (yes, suddenly, which is weird), just because the police car had somehow crashed, and that had nothing to do with the lady in the Infiniti?

This is so typical of the string of false flags (that we’re supposed to stay riveted to, while all sorts of other stuff is going on behind our backs). The whole thing weird, hard to comprehend, with confusion and doubt intentional.
