How can we win a war on “terror,” an abstract noun, a ghost, personified in rag-tag individuals and groups who, often as not, are sooner or later linked to the FBI, the CIA, or other mind-controlling agencies charged with ramping up fear. Guess what, folks. It works! Push the F-E-A-R button, and the dumbed down American public screams, “USA! USA!”
