What struck me about this debate more than anything, was how it shows in action that Trump is obviously not the idiot Michael Wolff’s new book Fire and Fury claims him to be. To me, transparently televising at least part of the immigration proceedings was a brilliant way to immediately counteract the message of the book.
Bombard offers her detailed perceptions of the body language of both Trump and those near him during the discussion. Very interesting. And my ears pricked up when I heard her “speculative” comments at the end.
