As we continue to navigate increasingly chaotic global conditions, there are many simple things we can do to help ourselves achieve radiant health, and thus prepare ourselves for the long haul! If you’re like me, at some point in your long life you realized that you can’t help others unless you, yourself, are healthy, healing, whole. For me, it all begins with the body.
I make sure I eat plenty of fresh food, even in wintertime. It’s very simple and inexpensive to do. Just grow sprouts! As seeds and nuts “wake up” by being soaked overnight in water, and then rinsed twice a day for a short while until ready, so too, supplementing my regular diet with fresh, raw sprouts continues to wake up my body, mind, and spirit to full aliveness.
