Paul Hellyer, 86, a former Canadian Minister of Defense (1963-1967) for Lester Pearson, and a cabinet member for Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, is one of the world’s rare, true, priceless elders. Would that he could rule the world! With Hellyer at the helm, Plato’s “philosopher king” would have incarnated, and all of humanity would gladly follow his guidance.
Hellyer’s presentation to the UFO Congress, a long, and trenchant speech of sorrowful, simmering fury, “Global Fraud: Global Hope,” was the only one to tie everything together: the world banking ponzo scheme, the economics profession, oil cartels, militarism, the reality of ET presence on earth, and free energy.
A tall, gentle, unassuming man, Hellyer took the stage and, in clear, detailed prose, outlined just what we’re up against, and even more important, how to break through into a new reality, starting with the banks. It has to start with the banks.
But how? “A good start,” Hellyer says, “might be to distribute a million copies of this speech and translate it into a number of languages. Then the rising generation can bombard the barricades through their social networks.” And, he added as an aside, “If 20 people pass it to 20 other people, and each of them passes it to 20 other people . . .”

The world financial system is a total fraud. It is one gargantuan Ponzi scheme, no better than the one Bernie Madoff used to swindle his friends and neighbors, and thousands of times worse if you add up the total number of victims it has ripped off over countless generations.
The principal difference between the two schemes is that Madoff was acting outside the law while the international banking cartel has persuaded generation after generation of monarchs, presidents and prime ministers to provide legislative protection for their larceny.
