Amazing how lyrical and soulful cynicism can sound.
It might help these extraordinary writers and analysts of what’s wrong with us to get out in the garden and start to breathe in what Nature knows, what she tries to convey to us with every softly brilliant second. And it might help if they took a quick tour through the bottomlands of this beautiful Earth, where, like little swarming bees, we’re busy regenerating our yards, neighborhoods, communities, networks, communion with the cosmos. One by one, two by two, in families and tribes of blood and heart, hands held in solidarity, we’re swinging back from lonely individualism as drummed into us by predatory capitalism to interconnectivity, interdependence,
all one love.
So there!
