Note: I'm in Seattle with Lady Renee's ashes, offline until the 15th

Leave tomorrow, early, for Seattle, and celebration of our Mom (aka Lady Renee), her long and full life. At one point during this week, there will be 14 of us all sleeping at Marnie’s house . . . should be a good time, and will no doubt remind all of us that we are still a merry band of eight siblings, perhaps to draw ever closer together now that the apron strings have finally been cut. Dad died at 95 two years ago, Mom at nearly 97 on August 31 this year. What a saga these last few years have been!

Here we are during our last time together, just before Mom left Seattle for Paula’s place in Louisiana, nearly two years ago. (Paula was in Louisiana, waiting for her.)

This week’s reunion will be the first time all eight of us have been together in many years.

You have a beautiful family. In this picture, Lady Renee has a glow to her presence. I often observe this glow in elderly people who have lived a life of kindness.
Just an update regarding the mycelium revolution. I sent a link of the Paul Stamets video to Dr. Riki Ott.
Dr Riki.Ott is a well-known biologist/activist on oil spills. She wrote back to me in gratitude. She said that she had just received a letter from a distraught Oklahoman, whose land had been devastated in the recent oil spill. She remarked on the synchronicity of the information. She forwarded the link to the Oklahoman.
I just want everyone to know that your energy is valued and important to the great shift now occurring. Please don’t doubt even the smallest of contributions.
