Walked into Target yesterday, through the door advertising free flu shots, one stop-shop! Talked with a neighbor last month who had gotten the flu shot, and said that right afterwards she came down with the flu.

I have yet to get a flu shot, and never will. I hope this “solicitation” will, as perhaps nothing else could, wake us up to attempted federal (big pharma) control of our very bodies.

P.S. Of course I work on keeping my own immune system strong — through all sorts of alternative approaches. I took charge of my own health when I was 26 years old, during a near-death experience in a Boston hospital. Aside from emergency medicine (and, when I broke my right wrist two years ago, orthopedic surgery), for the sake of my own continued health and well-being I make sure I don’t even go near allopathic medicine.
