What I noticed throughout the day yesterday, the final official Mars/Pluto day, was the Amy Rorbach testimony, over and over and over again, on twitter. At one point, Project Veritas head James O’Keefe said this video had reached 1.5 million viewers in ten hours. And of course, it still wasn’t trending on twitter!
Meanwhile, the video, to me, was both decisive in helping to detonate the trustworthiness of ABC and it also left me with a question: Who, really, is the whistleblower here? Amy Rorbach, or the disgruntled ABC employee who sent her “hot mic” moment to Project Veritas?
At least according to npr that’s what happened:
Project Veritas is led by the conservative provocateur James O’Keefe, who tells NPR that the tape was sent to him unbidden by an employee at ABC News. “It’s an entirely new model for Project Veritas,” O’Keefe says.
“Sent unbidden by an employee at ABC News.” In other words, this employee remains anonymous. If so, can he be called a real whistleblower?
Rorbach didn’t contact Project Veritas herself, else it would have jeopardized her cushy job. And perhaps it did anyway. What struck me, and many others, was how she kept going on as an ABC anchor despite what she knew! Why didn’t she leak the information elsewhere? How could she have stayed on the job and kept her integrity, given that she knew children were being violated?
Answer: What integrity? Money talks. Fame talks. Keeping up appearances talks. Being “good,” “obedient,” (to your “superiors”) talks. Reaching a “pinnacle position,” especially as a “young, beautiful, blond” woman, and remaining there, requires the sacrifice of your soul, apparently. Certainly, I remember Ronald Bernard realized that, when he was asked to attend to and even do, unspeakable acts re: pedophile and Satanic child sacrifice, and decided NO. He couldn’t go there. Instead, he quit the financial mountain he had been climbing, and began to speak out against the evil hierarchy within which he had been groomed to occupy higher and higher positions at the cost of his very soul.
And, as many on twitter have remarked, how many children did the Jeffrey pedophile rape during the three years that Rorbach sat on her investigation at the orders of her bosses? And remember, as many astute observers are pointing out, ABC is owned by Disney, and remember this, from 2017.
And if Amy Rorbach didn’t send the tape, then she is not the whistleblower. Correct? And the employee of ABC who did send it IS the whistleblower. Correct? But he’s unnamed. Anonymous. Which reminds me of the so-called “whistleblower” that Adam Schiff supposedly has in the background, whom Schiff doesn’t name, but everybody seems to know anyhow. Eric CIAramella.
Just who IS a real whistleblower? And what risks do real whistleblowers run? Well, if you’re Julian Assange, the risk is to your very life, which is dragged out and on by those who would use your horrific and prolonged suffering as a warning to other journalists who actually do whistleblow for the cause of the good of the whole. And what about Chelsea Manning, who dared to expose the American evils of the Iraq War, once again hidden away in an American prison. And Snowden? Not sure about Snowden. But I AM quite sure about Assange, Manning, and Bernard. These are real whistleblowers. They put their lives on the line.
I said this was to be a Jupiter in Sagittarius rant. Which it is! Me, a double Sagittarian myself, is here talking about values, integrity, truth-telling, truth-seeking, and walking your talk. Truly.
I remember back in graduate school, when I was 25 and decidedly not (yet) in my integrity. Instead, I was still a “good girl,” stuck, in a sham marriage, and pretending to be a good Boston University graduate student in philosophy while teaching one seminar per semester. One day I asked my students to write a paper over the weekend. Any topic. What would they like to choose? A young earnest woman in the front of the class hesitantly raised her hand: “Values? I’d like to write my paper on values.” Well, her remark spun me out. Suddenly, I erupted: “Values? VALUE? I don’t even know what that is.”
I don’t remember what happened next, though I do recall how my outburst jolted even me into some kind of greater awareness, though at the time I had no idea what.
Now I do. It took me a few more decades, but by this time, at nearly 77 years old, my thoughts, speech and actions do dovetail. I truly am walking my talk.
And that is what is asked of all of us during this Jupiter in Sagittarius time, which is just about over. Jupiter takes about one year to move through a sign. It began this round in early November 2018 and will move into practical Capricorn on December 3, 2019. When in Sagittarius it operates more powerfully than usual, since it rules that sign, and its generous, expansive, perspective-seeking qualities are powerfully in evidence.
This Amy Rorbach, and her attitude, of being severely disappointed, because ABC wouldn’t run her story, not because the story itself meant that, if it didn’t run, the pedophile Jeffrey Epstein would be allowed to get away with three more years, it turned out, of heinous acts against children.
I’m glad to see that I’m not alone in noticing this — what to call it, hypocrisy? — no, it’s much worse than that. It’s selling your soul — for greed, power, position, fame — all the perks that come with TV network “anchor” status. See this, for example:
Meanwhile, remember that Project Veritas also called out CNN, recently. Here’s the latest, there:
Amazing, how at first when President Trump called out “fake news,” it felt audacious and over-the-top, just part of his bloviating personality. No more. The mainstream media has “lost control of the narrative,” as they say.
We really do live inside the Great Awakening.
