Good News in Tragic Times: Brave Souls, Heart to Heart Conversation

Given the trigger-happy mood in this country right now, and especially in Texas, what these inmates just did was astonishing. Made me cry.

Seeing this post, made me wonder about the outcome of the reported interstate blockage by protestors near Atlanta.

Again, brave souls! Both the protestors and the police, who in this confrontation, were inside the frequency field of sharp, unexpected violence that has begun to envelop this country.

Well, here’s what happened.

So. In how many places across this great land are we gathering, two by two and more, to discuss the terrible events that horrify us all? Found this on fb this morning in several places:

What happens if we just stop what we are doing, feel all the painful, conflicting feelings coursing through us without following the impulse to act on them, and actually listen to each other. Especially to our “enemies.” As this woman says, “Everybody thinks they’re the good guy.”
