I find this interview both deliciously provocative and deeply educational regarding one thinking man’s wandering route to his now decisive ethical choice — to grow and eat from polycultural, perennial food systems that, in some areas of the world, do need to include grazing animals — if we are to truly mimic nature in our quest to reconnect and reintegrate with the multidimensional aliveness of this beautiful planet.
