TONIGHT: Community Dinner, Thursday evenings, 6:30 p.m., at our Green Acres Eco-Pod

So. I made Indian carrot pudding (with raisons, cardamom, almond milk, coconut milk, cinnamon, cloves, coconut butter, roasted almonds on top) for this meal, with an Indian theme. Here’s another photo from last week’s Community Dinner.
