Retiring SEC trial lawyer: His superiors “more focused on getting high-paying jobs after their government service than on bringing difficult cases.”

What I find remarkable about these whistleblowing “retirement remarks” is that Jim Kidney delivered them at his retirement party, with other SEC officers in attendance, to applause.
