Melchizedek focuses on cyclical demineralization of the soil as the ultimate “cause,” so that the trees begin to die, causing fires, which releases CO2, causing oceans to warm, melting the fresh water ice at the poles which in turn not just causes coastal flooding but dilutes the salinity of the ocean which in turn slows down ocean currents . . .
This is another post that focuses on systems thinking re: the biosphere, which I contend, is way too complex for humans to understand . . .
