Homeless in Bloomington: city now calls the “Dream Garage” illegal

And you know what that means. It took U.S. cities and towns months to begin to respond with a heavy hand to Occupy camps in 2011. Slightly more than one year later, the cycle has shortened considerably. The “Dream Garage” has been sheltering dozens of homeless folks and their allies for only the last three (rainy) nights.
