Thom Hartmann: "Let's all take a stand and refuse to convict people for simple marijuana possession. It's our duty, as a jury of peers."

Wow, another strong, clear message from Montana. And see this. Montana’s potential jurors show the way, and, says Hartmann, the judge in the case says that “in 30 years, he’s never seen anything like it.” Hartmann also succinctly sums up the comparative cost/benefit ratios of liquor and marijuana and judges our double-standard regarding these two intoxicants “insane.”
