Note: this is the first of a number of post-UFO Congress posts that will both share some of my experiences at the Congress as well as connect them to ongoing events.
A recent Atlantic Monthly article, “The Tyranny of Defense.” with both aerial sweep and grounding detail, clearly presents the mushrooming offensive “defense” juggernaut that has locked our country in an octopus-like stranglehold. Please read it and share widely.
If you wish for background material on this article, you might look at the work of Richard Dolan, a young military historian’s multivolume work, UFOs and the National Security State. Dolan was one of the presenters at the just-completed recent international UFO Congress in Scottsdale, Arizona.
In his presentation, available for purchase as a DVD from the Congress website, Dolan said that when he attempted to uncover the accounting systems used to determine just how much money goes into so-called national security projects, he couldn’t do it. There seem to be a number of accounting systems in various places, and not only none of them add up internally, the systems themselves seem to have nothing to do with one another. Not only do the accounting systems not connect, but many, if not most, of the projects are black ops (off the record), and so who knows how many billions are spent on them.
Even more chilling to my mind, is his conclusion that not only is the President of the U.S. not in charge, and not only there is no single government agency in charge, but when he tries to “follow the money,” he finds that most roads lead back to private contractors. In other words, aerospace and other defense contractors and their offspring are the ones in charge. Corporations are in charge. The U.S. Government, our “democracy,” has been swallowed whole, assimilated into that ravenous maw.
Dolan’s was one of many presentations that focused on the ongoing culture of secrecy that has been the hallmark of the U.S. attitude towards the reality of UFOs, plus the collusion with certain UFO species to back-engineer ET technology for use in the U.S. military program for “Full Spectrum Dominance” over the entire globe — and beyond, into space.
