Laughter really IS the best medicine.

The British actor John Cleese, who went to India for laughter therapy, reflects: “I’m struck by how it’s impossible to maintain any distance when you’re laughing, any sense of hierarchy. Laughing connects people. Laughter is a force for democracy.”
